The Dark Knight Re-Edited post Ledger death?

Yes I know the dark knight its self was not re-edited, but someone told me that there was a scene that shows ledger escaping arkham in a straight jacket as a teaser to nolan's 3rd batman film. is this myth or fact and if such footage exists can you tell me where to find it, or even describe it in better detail. Thanks. :-)
