I'm 24, 140 lbs., 5'9", and I will also be exercising (aerobics and weight) for 1 to 1.5 hours 6 days a week. If I don't deviate from the diet or exercise, can I expect to lose 10-15 lbs? That's my goal, it wuld be nice if I can reach it in two weeks, lol- if not, how about if I stay in induction for a month?
