Please help me with this drawing!?

the only thing i can tell you when drawing portraits, its to really draw what you see. Draw every detail about the person, the little yellow shadow in one of the teeth or the weird blemish on their right cheek. Draw that weird hair that sticks out of their eyebrow. When doing portraits you need to draw exactly what you see in the person. No matter how weird it looks on them. This will come with practice, but do not shortcut your drawing, draw as much detail as you can.
