I need help with getting cut and getting a 6 pack.?

Ok to start off I'm 5'8" tall and weigh 150 so I'm not morbidly obease I just have a gut. I'm also in athletics and play baseball. So I need tips on how to loose the gut. Mind you I'm only 16 and can only eat what is served to me. So what is it I should do portion control, start jogging, or hit the weights harder? Thanks. need anymore information to get a better background info just post it on here.
