I asked before desk jet 340 won't print black?

I have washed with alcohol, blown out refilled cartridge and blown air in till I got a drop of ink, washed with lint free cloth again and I put in a page of black print and push copy black and the page comes out blank. I thank you for previous answers but none of them worked. Mel.
