Will this help me get were iwant to get?
Ok ihave cut all the fat foods, sodas, which is junk food.It's been like 7 months without drinking soda and just drinking water, milk, oj, and green tea and ihave lost 10 pounds.Iwanter to see if doing 2 full body workouts and one body weight workout help shred fat and tone up.Mon/Wed/Friday iplay basketball and im playing full court for an hour on those days.And Tues/Thurs ill do the full-body workout because thats when ican get in the weight room.And on saturday ill do my basketball shooting routine and then a full-body workout using body weight and on Sunday it's rest day.Iwant somebody to help me and tell if this a good routine to lose body fat and build musle.Iam doing this to get ready for the basketball tryouts next year for my junior year ididnt make it this year because iwasnt in shape. By the way im a Male 5'6" 175 pounds.
