What would you do in this situation?

Tell her she is a freaking NUT and needs to start taking her medication again, and to Stay away from you, you should not even listen to her, just avoid her completely, and THAT's prolly why your friend doesn't like her, denying rediculous things that are obviously true, don't give her your attention, give her a dirty look if she comes near you, whatever it takes.
