Advice from men please..?

I was having casual with a guy I was really attracted to, we did very intimate things. The relationship had to end because he was neglecting me, he would hardly call me or reply to my texts..he played alot of hard to get games so i left him. Just recently I met him in a club, we were both really drunk..ended up kissing and he told me he wanted me to be his girl, that i was the only girl he had performed orl on etc..I was really confused..he hugged me for ages. He texted me the next day asking how i was and if I got home safe. Me being very straightforward asked him if he meant wat he said that night or was it the alcohol speaking..he agreed that the alcohol was overpowering him that day and said that since he has changed he needed time to think about whether he could spend the rest of his life with me he also mentioned that he didnt like it when i speak relationships...i took that as rejection and said maybe its best if we stay mates...so we agreed. We slept together last night...it was really pionate..i still have feelings for him but dont know what to do...i realise that he hasnt though..why would he tell me those things when he was drunk though?
