Animals & Plants/Wildlife that were transported during the age of exploration?

I am doing a project on the age of exploration but I have no idea of the specific animals that were transported to Europe during the age of exploration. I need specific and accurate animals. I can't seem to find the specific animals AND PLANTS. Please help!
