Ewww...fat. Any help please?

I have to say it's great for your height. You can't be too flubby. I gotta tall ya thought...THE ONLY WAY TO LOOSE WEIGHT/ TONE UP IS TO DO CARDIO, TRAIN WITH WEIGHTS AND EAT HEALTHY!!! Go to myfitnesspal.com that helps me regulate what goes in and out. Really, check it out!
