How do you use the enclave commander mod for fallout 3?

um i do also have this mod but i don't know what you mean by red and green markers. but i know how to use it 1st go into pipboy 2nd click on items 3rd click on aid 4th find the radio thing 5th click on radio thing then select your command. that is all.
