I'm picky but I can't find any modern music I enjoy?

When looking for modern music that sounds like the clics that you have listed as your preference, try searching through folk groups. The only modern group I can think of right now that you might like is The Avett Brothers. They are folksy, almost bluegr-like. I might be spelling their name wrong, but check em out.
