Im scared! should i do this? can you help?

I was outside this mornin walkin and this man starts driving by,and he is lookin atme like he wants to kidnap me or somethin! so i run quickly inside!!! im scared my mom is asleep and sick so i dont want to wake her my sister is mean so i want even bother!!! and i need to go back outside for my morning exercise! Should i go outside or stay in this was an hour ago but you never know. so just help me!
