Making a brochure for my business..best/cheapest site to do this?

I did this once a long time ago - for my business: a new barter club - I obtained all the other companies literature and picked some key concepts - rewrote in my own words - and filled a 3 fold double sided 8x11 flyer for display. Took me 9 months, because I went to various other marketing and graphics artists who just couldn't grasp my ideas and they just diddled around and couldn't produce something worth showing. I did it myself, and I suggest you do the same - there may be people out there who'll tell you they know how to do it and frankly they just copy somebody else's brochure, in the end it looks like garbage. Do it yourself - you know what you want!
