Monitor no signal after CPU upgrade?

no signal means probably your vga port has been damaged but also please check the monitor cable is properly plugged. Secondly please check the cable with other cpu see if its working. If its working, u could have damaged the mobo while changing the cpu. Thermal paste is not much of a problem. But please do get one its avalable in all compu shops and online shopping too.
