What Dietary supplements do i need if i'm a swimmer (as in white dude getting a lot of sun)?

Among other things use Melatonin. It acts as a protection for the skin. Lutin and Bilberry for the eyes. A probiotic to make sure your immune system is working at full strength. A good multiple vitamin. Antioxidents in the form of C, E, and Resveratrol.
