What's with these earthquakes?

Does it seem like there have been more minor and major earthquakes over the last three years? I don't remember any other time in my life when we've had so many. I live in OK, and even here we are experiencing small quakes. Does anyone have any scientific data on this? What's going on? Normal or not?
