Why can't I install this Demo?

I just downloaded Starship Troopers Plasma Mountain demo and it says that I need at least 477 MB to unpack and install the demo on C Drive. I just checked C Drive and it says that I have 2.5 GB of free space. What is wrong with the demo? I downloaded it from Fileplanet.
